Calder Urgent Care of League City, TX offers a Neighborhood Doctor program to the Texas Bay Area. The Neighborhood Doctor program is a monthly payment program that covers many urgent care and family practice services at Calder Urgent Care. By enrolling in the program, you can receive services at Calder Urgent Care, such as nursing procedures and lab tests, at a discounted rate with a small co-payment.

The Neighborhood Doctor Program Works By:

• Paying $45 on the first of every month by credit or debit card
• The first three months for individuals / the first six months for businesses must be paid in advance
• The office visit co-payment is $25 and must be paid during the visit
• 30 days written notice must be provided for membership cancellation
• Upon registration, the member will be provided with a price list for services provided.

The Neighborhood Doctor program is not insurance, and does not cover any services or procedures outside of Calder Urgent Care. The Neighborhood Doctor program does not cover any services or procedures rendered by specialists practicing at Calder Urgent Care, as their pricing is different.
